Short version: I collect only what I need to talk to you about your wedding, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to correct or delete it anytime.
Who I am
Virginia Puche Photography is a wedding photography business located at 155 North Main St, Collierville, TN 38017, United States. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it’s used.
What I collect
When you fill out the inquiry form, I collect the information you choose to share:
- Your name and your partner’s name
- Email address and phone number
- Your wedding date, venue or location, and details about your day
- Anything else you write in your message
This website doesn’t require an account and doesn’t collect payment information. Payments and contracts are handled separately through my client management system after we’ve talked.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and check availability for your date
- To prepare proposals, contracts, and questionnaires if we work together
- To deliver galleries and communicate about your session or wedding
- To keep basic business records (bookkeeping, taxes)
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties for their marketing. You will never end up on a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Tools this site relies on
A few trusted services help this website run, and your information passes through them:
- HoneyBook powers the inquiry form and my client management (proposals, contracts, invoices). Your form answers are stored there. HoneyBook’s own privacy policy applies to how they safeguard data on their platform.
- Netlify hosts this website and, like most hosts, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
- Instagram links on this site take you to Instagram, where Meta’s privacy policy applies.
The HoneyBook form includes a small tracking pixel so their service works correctly. This site doesn’t run advertising trackers.
How long I keep it
Inquiry information is kept as long as needed to respond to you and manage our work together. Client records (contracts, invoices) are kept as long as required for legal and tax purposes. If you inquired but we never worked together, you can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Whether or not a specific law requires it, I’m happy to honor these requests from anyone:
- Access: ask what information I have about you
- Correction: ask me to fix anything inaccurate
- Deletion: ask me to delete your information
Tennessee’s data privacy law (the Tennessee Information Protection Act) applies to companies over certain size thresholds that this small business doesn’t meet, but I follow its spirit anyway: collect only what’s needed, be transparent, and respect your choices.
Photos of you
How wedding and session photographs may be used (galleries, portfolio, social media, this website) is covered in your photography contract, never by this page alone, and always agreed to in writing before your session.
Children
This website and its inquiry form are intended for adults planning photography services. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new “last updated” date at the top.
